Q: What do you charge for postage?
A: We charge a flat postage rate of $2.95AUD for all orders in Australia but you can get FREE postage if you spend $20+ and use the discount code 'FREEAU'.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Normally delivery would take 2-6 business days but due to the current situation with COVID-19 Australia Post is advising there may be delays.

Q: Do you accept International Orders?
A: Unfortunately due to the current situation with COVID-19 we are unable to ship internationally at this time. Delivery is simply too slow and unreliable.

Q: What happens if my order does not arrive?
A: In our experience it is rare for an order to go missing, usually the post is just slow, but occasionally it does happen. If your order is late to arrive please get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Q: Do you offer a custom badge design / making service?
A: We do not offer a custom badge making service at the moment but we know some great people who can help you out with both small and large quantities of custom badges. Get in touch and we'll refer you to an awesome badge maker here in Oz.

Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Yes! If you're running an event, retail store or market stall we have badges for you! Our new wholesale website will be online soon at WholesaleBadges.com.au. In the meantime please get in touch to find out our wholesale rates.

Q: What size badges do you make?
A:  We make badges in three sizes - 1 Inch (25mm), 1.25 Inch (32mm) and 2.25 Inch (55mm).

Q: Where are your badges made?
A: All of the badges you see on our website are made by Button Brat in Ballarat, Australia.

Q: Do you have a shop or showroom I can visit?
A: We do not have a bricks and mortar store or wholesale showroom at this time.
